Badminton Time (from memory)

There were this period of time when you mommy organized badminton time for us. It's was a good get together for chat and do some exercise. When I say some, I really mean SOME exercise. Both your mommy and I usually sit around after playing one or two games. We sat and chatted. You always came to the badminton court. There were times when you wanted to learn how to play. I took some pictures of how adorable you were when playing.

Take Picture (from memory)

Hi Deon,

When you were small, you often came to my place and stayed for a weekend.  You'd save your shower until you get to my place.  We usually had some fun time while you showered.  I liked to video taped you in the bathtub.

One time when I had my camera video taping you shower, you were so funny and cute of course.  You held the shower head while you wiggled your body.  You kept saying "take picture, take picture".  When I stopped my camera, you were so eager to watch yourself from the video.  I have a couple of your naked videos.  They are mine to treasure, haha!!  I also took picture of you at the same time.  You wanna see how happy you were at that moment??  Here it is!  Don't worry, your "little brother" was not in the picture.  Haha!!

Ice Skating (from memory)

Do you know your brother Kelvin was a good ice skater? One of his dream when he was young was to play ice hockey. Due to circumstances, he couldn't fulfill his dream. Your mommy was very open minded to let your learn a lot of things. Ice skate was one of them. I searched a found the Sunset Community Center offered ice skate lessons. I got you registered.

Your were only 4 when you took these lessons. You had no clue how to skate. For the first few lessons, you got a cone to assist you to glide. I was there quite a few weeks during your course. I of course didn't was to miss out any opportunity to capture these moments. I had my camera with me. You seemed to enjoy the skating at the beginning. I think after you finished your first course, you told mommy skating was too hard and you didn't want to continue. :)

Deon got accepted to WPGA

Deon,

Your mommy received the Letter of Acceptance today that you were accepted to attend WPGA, just like your brother Kelvin and sister Jody. You will start this Sept.

Your mommy worked hard to make sure you could get in. She was very happy and proud of you that she sent out an email to some of us and shared her joy:

Subject: DEON GOT ACCEPTED!!

Yup, he made it! I am so proud of him (just as much as I was pround of Kel & Jo's acceptance 2 years ago)! He was 1 of the 34 that got accepted (over 100 applicants) I was so happy to receive the acceptance letter from West Point Grey Acadamy today to start Sept/05. We work hard on training him to speak English at home and in both of his schools since Sept/04 to prepare for his interview last month but now his English is so well that he can't speak Chinese anymore so it's now time to switch chanel - please speak only Chinese to him when you guys see him.I guess I will have to work harder now in order to pay for their tuition. Actually, this is just more motivation for a better life for myself and the kids in the future.

Regards,
Amy
